Client Obligations

As a client of P & S Financial Group, you agree to:

• Provide necessary financial documentation when requested
• Implement agreed-upon strategies in good faith
• Communicate openly about challenges or concerns
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with your service agreement

Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

Service fees are established at the time of engagement and will be clearly communicated before you commit to any service. Payment terms include:

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• We accept payment via credit card, debit card, check, or electronic transfer
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
• A late fee may be assessed on overdue balances

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services:

• Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
• Service packages may be eligible for partial refunds within the first 14 days, subject to our discretion
• Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website or provided through our services are the property of P & S Financial Group, P.A. or our licensors. You may not:
